The numbered NFT spread and the bound chapter are not the same object
Marvel NFT comics, as we practise them, are two objects that must not be confused. Object one is the bound artbook chapter: sequential pages, lettering, colophon, a spine. Object two is a numbered token of the title spread, issued by the patron on a marketplace they already use. We prepare the plate. We do not run a drop, a wallet shop, or a membership.
When a listing uses a crop of page four — a fight, a relic, a face — and calls it the chapter, the collector receives neither the sequence nor an honest extra. We write the token description from the colophon: chapter title, page count, whether leaf was used, and that official Marvel issues are not involved.
If you only want a token, we will still ask you to commission a chapter or to license a plate from a folio we already drew. A token with no chapter behind it is a poster with a serial number. The studio did not open to make those.
Fees, gas, and marketplace accounts stay with you. Our invoice is for drawing, lettering, binding, and preparing the title plate. That split keeps the mystic-arts work on the table and the listing work where it belongs.
