Cookies

A cookie is a small file a browser can store. This site uses as few as possible so you can still read chapter pages if you refuse analytics.

Types we use

Essential: the banner stores your Accept or Reject choice in localStorage under the key codevaultbase_cookie_consent so we do not ask again every visit. That choice is not a third-party tracker. Analytics: only if you Accept, a first-party visit count may run so we know which field notes are read. Rejecting does not block commissions, folios, or the brief form.

Cookie table

Name Purpose Duration Provider
codevaultbase_cookie_consent Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics Until you clear site data Codevault Base (first party)

How to manage or disable cookies

Use Accept or Reject on the banner. You can also clear site data in your browser, or block cookies for codevaultbase.world in browser settings. After a clear, the banner returns. Rejecting analytics does not hide rates, folios, or the enquiry form.

Third-party cookies

Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts; that request can allow Google to see your IP address. Embedded images are loaded from Unsplash and Pexels so chapter plates can display; those hosts may set their own cookies. We do not embed marketplace widgets or social pixels.

If you disable cookies

The site still works. You may see the banner again. Visit counts will not run. Chapter files are not stored in cookies.

Personal data tied to cookies is described in the privacy notice.
